Group Class Alert!!!!
It will be a 6 week class starting the third week of April- End the last week of May.

There are 6 spots open.

We will cover sit, down, duration, loose leash walking, coming when called, and pack walks.

Class Price will be $350 per dog, If you book before March 16th you will get a early bird discount of $50 dollars off.

Dogs are required to have basic vaccines ( ie rabies, DHLPP, boradetlla).

We look forward to meet your and your dog!! We are excited to help you and your dog have greater bond.

We also cover in home manners training, such as jumping, rushing guest at the door, or basic home training needs.

Info Thursday:

AKC Canine Good Citizen

This is a program from AKC to promote responsible ownership and training well-mannered dogs.

During the test there are 10 skills you and your dog will preform:

Test 1 : Accepting a friendly stranger
Test 2 : Sitting politely for petting
Test 3 : Appearance and grooming
Test 4: Out for a walk (walking on a loose lead)
Test 5: Walking through a crowd
Test 6: Sit and down on cue and stay in place
Test 7: Coming when called
Test 8: Reaction to another dog
Test 9: Reaction to distraction
Test 10: Supervised separation

With this test is gives you a dog starting point to achieve a goal with your dog in training. We always want you to have a idea in your mind for you and your dog to work towards and the CGC is a good place to start. Once achieved you can also move toward the other CGC titles CGCA, and CGCU.

We here at Full Service Canine are evaluators for the CGC, CGCA, and CGCU. If you would like to move towards these skills or you have them and are looking to test, contact us here. We look forward to hearing about you and your dog training journey.

History: Pulled form Animal Shelter
Temperament evaluated by: Full Service Canine South Nj
Sport, SD, or job type: PTSD, Light Mobility

All training done:

Chewy is a 3 year old lab mix, pulled from a shelter in Nj for a shelter to helper program. Due to no fault of his own he is in look for a new handler.
He is completed all his basic obedience ( Sit, Down, Place,Duration, LLW)
He is started in public access (ie Walmart, restaurants, and target).
He is started in task for PTSD, blocking, and DPT, He is started dog looking for continued public access work.

We want to give a big shout out to all of the people who have volunteered to come along with us on our service dog training outings! These experiences with new or inexperienced handlers are vital for teaching the pups to listen to anyone! We have more volunteers we will be sharing later this week too 🙌
