💙🐾 It’s Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week! 🐾💙

Our technicians are truly the heart and hands of Pineview. They’re the ones comforting scared pets, assisting in surgery, drawing blood, taking X-rays, trimming nails, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

They do it all — and they do it with incredible skill, heart, and compassion every single day. ❤️

Being a vet tech isn’t a job you do for the money (because there’s not much there, haha) — it’s a calling. It takes love, grit, and a whole lot of heart to do what they do for the animals and people who count on them. 🐾

We are beyond grateful for our amazing team of technicians. Keep an eye on our page this week as we spotlight some of these incredible humans and all the ways they make Pineview such a special place.

💩 F***l Fun Fact! 🐾
Did you know your pet should have a routine f***l test at least once a year?
These tests help us check for intestinal parasites that can affect your pet’s health — and sometimes even yours!

🧪 The ideal sample size is about 4 grams — or roughly the size of a Tootsie Roll 🍫

To make things easier (and a little more fun), we’ve got f***l cups up front with a Tootsie Roll inside so you can see exactly how much to bring!

Stop by, grab a cup, and keep your pet parasite-free all year long! 🐶🐱

Someone who is excited to excel and grow in the receptionist role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus, but not required

September is Service Dog Awareness Month! 🐾✨

Service dogs are true superheroes in fur. They go through months to years of specialized training to learn important skills like guiding people who are visually impaired, alerting to seizures or changes in blood sugar, assisting with mobility tasks, or even helping veterans cope with PTSD. Their hard work gives their partners independence and safety every single day. 💙🐕‍🦺

It’s important to know that while emotional support animals (ESAs) and pets bring love and comfort, they are not service dogs. ESAs don’t receive the same rigorous training, and calling them “service dogs” can cause confusion and make life harder for people who truly depend on these highly trained working partners.

👉 A few quick reminders when you see a service dog out in public:

Don’t pet, call to, or try to distract them while they’re working.

Always give the handler and their dog space to do their job.

Remember, they’re not “just a pet” — they’re on duty!

This month, we celebrate the dedication of service dogs and the incredible bond they share with their handlers. Thank you to these amazing dogs for the life-changing work you do every day! 🦮❤️

We have some of the BEST clients ever 💙🐾 Yesterday was one of those crazy-busy, post-holiday rush days where it looked like none of us were getting home in time for dinner… and one amazing client noticed. She showed up with Taco Bell for the whole team 🌮✨

Powered by tacos (and kindness like this), we made it through the evening with full bellies and big smiles. Thank you for reminding us how lucky we are to care for your pets AND be cared for in return. 💕
