P.Nut is always so excited when Reanna arrives that he can’t help but spin in circles and jump up to say hello. His happy dance is one of the highlights of the day and always brings a smile to his groomers face! 💕

Originally bred as companion dogs, Chihuahuas are known for their big personalities, strong bonds with their favorite people, and confident attitudes. They may be tiny, but they’re often fearless, loving, and full of energy, making them wonderful little sidekicks.

Heather has been professionally grooming for 7 years and part of the Posh Puppies family for a few months.

Her favorite grooms are doodles and any pup sporting a fluffy coat. She loves seeing the incredible difference a groom can make and helping every dog leave feeling their best!

When she’s not in the salon, Heather enjoys exploring local hiking trails, taking her dogs to the beach, hunting for treasures while thrifting, and relaxing with a good movie.

We’re thankful to have Heather’s skill, kindness, and caring nature on our team. Be sure to say hi on your next visit! 💜🩵

This week’s Pet of the Week is Sherman, an 8 month old Poodle with a personality as fluffy as his haircut! ✨

Sherman absolutely loves his spa day visits with Shelbie. After his groom, he happily follows his groomer around like it’s the best day ever, soaking up every bit of attention and affection he can get. ❤️

Poodles are known for their intelligence, playful nature, and eagerness to bond with their people and Sherman is the perfect example of all three!

We always look forward to seeing this sweet boy walk through our doors. 🐩💙

Brittany has been grooming since 2018 and joined the Posh Puppies team in May 2024. Her passion for grooming shines through in every appointment!

🐩 Her favorite dogs to groom are Poodles, she loves them so much she even has one of her own! Brittany also enjoys creating beautiful profile trims on Golden Retrievers and Australian Shepherds, and she especially loves meeting new puppies and helping them start their grooming journey on the right paw.

❤️ What Brittany loves most about working with dogs is building trust and creating a safe, positive experience for each pet. She strives to make every groom as stress free as possible so pups feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

🌲 When she’s not at the salon, Brittany enjoys spending time with her baby, hiking, camping, going for walks, singing karaoke, making music, and cooking up something delicious in the kitchen.

This week’s Pet of the Week is Oliver the Poodle! 🐩💙

At under a year old, Oliver is already winning hearts with his sweet personality, playful spirit, and adorable puppy charm. We always enjoy seeing this handsome young guy!

Poodles are one of the most intelligent dog breeds and are known for their trainability, athleticism, and loving nature. Originally bred as water retrievers, they excel at learning new skills and enjoy being active with their families. Their coats require regular grooming to keep them looking and feeling their best. Poodles come in a variety of sizes, but all are known for their bright personalities, loyalty, and eagerness to please.

Oliver enjoyed a spa day with Melissa and left looking fresh, fluffy, and feeling his best! His happy attitude and puppy enthusiasm make him such a joy to have in the salon, and we’re already looking forward to his next visit💖

✨🐾 Meet the Team: Kati 🐾✨

Kati has been grooming for 11 years and has been a valued member of the Posh family for the past 7½ years!

She especially enjoys grooming working breeds and double coated dogs, and loves the unique personalities that each dog brings to her table. Some of her favorite breeds to work with include Schnauzers, Keeshonds, Norwegian Elkhounds, and Swedish Vallhunds.

One of Kati’s favorite parts of being a groomer is building relationships with the dogs she sees and getting to know what makes each one special. ❤️

When she’s not at the salon, Kati enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys, going hunting and fishing, and caring for her three dogs.

We’re lucky to have Kati’s experience, dedication, and love for dogs as part of our team! Be sure to say hello the next time you’re in the salon! 🐶💕
