Last week was a busy one at The Dogwood, we had a few students return to school, and a few of us have some time off making pictures a little more rare this week. We still were able to snap a few cute photos of or furry friends this past week featuring:

We wanted to take the time to introduce and thank some wonderful employees we’ve had helping us out over the summer.

First is is miss Logan, she moved to Washington from Colorado with a background as a veterinary receptionist. Her passion for the animals really shined bright while she was with us. And she was an amazing addition to our team. Unfortunately her time with us was cut short due to personal reasons, but we hope that if she finds her way back to Whidbey she returns to the team. We all will miss you dearly, especially miss Luna.

Next up is the lovely Kayla. Kayla is our first seasonal employee! She will be returning to college this fall to continue her education towards becoming a police officer. She has a background in 4H with a specialty in goats. Kayla has been a fantastic addition to the team and is incredibly hard working. We wish her the best luck with furthering her education and will look forward to seeing her again during school breaks!
