Stockworks, Inc. We are a family run business providing various livestock services and saddle horses and mules. We always have horses in various phases of training.

Stockworks provides mobile veterinary services for both large and small animals. Services provided include vaccinations, deworming, laboratory testing including heartworm tests for dogs and Coggins tests for horses, health certificates for travel, herd health, equine dental floats, examination and treatment for minor injuries and diseases, hospice care, and at home euthenasia. We ride and train ho

rses professionally and sell gentle saddle horses. These horses know a long days work but enjoy performing and trail riding. If you are looking for something specific, give us a call, and we may be able to help you in your search. Livestock services include day work, farrier services, catching wild cattle, and horse training. We also have a nice group of Border Collies to help with our work. We occasionally breed and have puppies available for sale. We also start some puppies and offer these once they learn basic cattle working commands. Some of our dogs are registered with the American Border Collie Association, but all of our dogs must demonstrate intelligence, a drive to work, and grit. Even though we breed for these characteristics, our dogs have gone on to be wonderful companions and pets and excel in other events including agility and hunting.

Blu indigo (AKA Hugs) is a 2019, 15/15.1 hand gentle family type gelding. Hugs absolutely loves exploring mountain and town trails. He has seen all the sights, lights, traffic, rivers, drive thrus, bridges, logs, bogs, and barking dogs. Hugs has been used to trail cattle, rope and doctor yearlings, drag calves at brandings, tag calves, and ranch rodeo. Hugs is a great babysitter. He lead lines the little ones and will cruise around with our 9 year old daughter. She can steer him through patterns, barrels or poles... or whatever she can dream up. He has been a go to for our older kids as well using him for trail rides or practicing their roping skills. Hugs is smooth in all gaits. He is always ready to go on adventures. He is easy to catch and groom. He stands to be saddled and mounted. He travels well... loads easily in the trailer and backs out of the trailer.
