Well … first thank you to my wonderful clients that show up, never hesitate to switch an appointment when asked, I truly am very thankful for you 💜
No shows are back at it… and I’m DONE! Just today 4 no shows, if I would have known that I could have made it to my nieces 8th grade graduation 😢 I’m also done with accommodating these no shows… I will not work extra hours cause you need to get your dog in when you missed an appointment, I’ve done that the last 11 years. you will have to wait till your next scheduled visit and also pay for the missed appointment. Just makes me think what would happen if I just didn’t show up for appointments 🤷‍♀️
