Chapter 11, Harry, Zeke and the Itty Bitty Kitties from Outer Space. When we last heard from the now massive, but previously itty bitty kittens, they were holding their breath waiting to hear of the outcome of their interviews. They found that they were the front runners for a hospital cat job with City Kitties in Philadelphia. It did take awhile to get in touch with their references on the Itty Bitty Kitty planet, but in the end it was all worth it as they were offered the job, with housing and plenty of vacation time so they could go visit their family and friends! They said a sad farewell to everyone at The Cat Hospital, and took the train to Philadelphia one Friday. Their new staff loves them, and took these pictures (see below) of them working at the clinic. We know they will be forever loved. Harry and Zeke even made plans for a summer visit. We hope you've enjoyed this last chapter and we have included some outtakes of when they were still Itty Bitty.

Yesterday was quiet at The Cat Hospital, excerpt for our foster kittens, because Dr. R., Katelyn and Abra were at the Mass Veterinary Medical Association's Spring meeting. Dr. R learned more about cutting edge pain management, and Katelyn and Abra concentrated on anesthesia and dentistry. Photo of our last kitten still available below for your consideration!

Dr. R. was thrilled to get a spot (one of 5!) in this great event a week ago. Dakin's vets were awesome and their staff was top notch. Because no matter what you do, you can always learn a better way, right?

Dr. R. had wiggly props to show off on her Zoom lunch talk today! The Tufts Veterinary School Feline club wanted to crawl through their laptops into our exam room so they could squeeze them all. They had to settle for baby teeth and kitten birth videos.

Harry, Zeke and the Itty Bitty Kitties from Outer Space, Chapter 10. When we last heard from our boys, they were diligently applying to various Cat Vet hospitals all over the Eastern United States in hopes of obtaining a position as a Hospital cat. But so far they had heard nothing. Then one day, a phone call came from City Kitties in Philadelphia. The doctors there were very impressed with their resume and wanted an immediate interview! It turned out that one of the owners (Dr. Andeer) was absolutely smitten with orange cats and the prospect of two at once was delightful. Before they knew it, they were on Zoom having an honest to goodness job interview! The practice manager was a cat named Fudge Swirl who asked hard questions but seemed kind, and would get back to them soon! "With an Amtrak ticket to Philadelphia with any luck!". Everyone here is keeping all paws crossed! It's so hard to wait!
