Congratulations to Skyler and her mom Barbara! Skyler has faced her challenges and is no longer afraid to leave the house, Get in the car without help and walk through stores. Skyler has also learned not to counter surf, leave it , and evan some sign language cues. I am so proud of Skyler and Barbara! 💖🐶
