Tony here at Messy Bitts.

I've been out this week due to a cold or something, but it allowed me to consolidate my thoughts on something.

Some of you may have noticed the tiny flower pot sitting on the counter. That was a gift from my wife, Nikki, for doing what I do while she was recovering from surgery. When it arrived, she said something that kind of got to me. She didn't think I would appreciate flowers, because I'm a guy, and it's not very practical. Well, there could be some truth to that, but honestly, I would have loved the flowers just as much as the small flower pot she got me. (I'll add a photo to this post, it's absolutely amazing, and I love it.)

After being sick and reflecting on this a bit, I thought I needed to post this to let her know how much I appreciate the gesture. It truly means the world to me.

If any of you ladies are out there thinking the same thing as Nikki, do me a favor, order the flowers. Most likely your man will feel much as I do, and though we would be surprised, we will appreciate them for what they are.

We are still looking to hire a bather/groomer or apprentice. We would like to have someone that has bathing experience, but not required. It is a paid apprenticeship, starting pay is $12.00 to $20.00 depending on experience. Starting with part time hours and moving into a full time grooming position if there is interest.
If you are interested in the position, please stop in to see us Tuesday through Friday.
