Lemony - our sponsored cat for the Great Cat Coundown is STILL looking for a home. Where are my cat people who have space in their home?? Lemony is THAT CAT you're going to be sending pics of to your friends saying "omg look at Lemony today." Come to the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center to meet her and we'll cover her adoption fee :)

🐱❤️ Meet Lemony! Our longest-term feline coworker has officially put in her two weeks' notice… she's just waiting for someone to hire her! 😂

Position wanted: Forever Family Member! After putting in more shelter shifts than she'd like, Lemony is ready to retire into a loving home! 🐾

Tinkerbelle takes flight! Tag us in your pup-o-ween pics and we’ll share to our story!

Oh wow you guys, thank you for all of the love on Nextdoor . We are pretty bad at self promotion and barely remember to post on social media most of the time, so to find this in the mailbox just made my day. For everyone who leaves us a review or tags our business when someone asks for recommendations, we are grateful.

Changing Leaves Walks 🍂🍁 or Spooky Season Walks 👻🦇? Which are you liking best this gorgeous October?

Is there anything better than two wiggly little boxer butts? Reggie and Butler are just the best boys - even when the walk back turns into tug of war ;)

TEAM LEMONY!! FACF Iowa City Iowa City Animal Center Got to visit this funny, crazy little lady today and fell in love. Your turn! Get down to the shelter and say hi!

It’s spooky walk season and Jasper is not afraid! 👻🎃🕸️ What are your favorite Halloween decoration walks in the area? I happening upon some of the off-the-beaten-path displays (or, avoiding them and admiring from afar depending on which dog I’m walking!)

ADOPT LEMONY!!! In the spirit of seeing shelter pets end up in Pals homes we are partnering with FACF Iowa City for their Great Cat Countdown! Do you have space in your home for a sweet 5-month old baby girl??? Consider Lemony - and as a bonus, we’ll cover her adoption fee :)

One of my faaaavorite things as the owner of Pals and a board member of FACF Iowa City is when I see an Iowa City Animal Center pet added to one of our clients’ families. Couldn’t be happier for our walks (..or should I say wanders) with alumni Kimbo!

Sometimes we get a text from a client whose day ends up being longer than they planned, and IF we have the time I will always fit in these unplanned walks. This time, not only did I get a golden hour walk with the most perfect pair of goldens, Nova, Aspen, and I all got treated to the most spontaneous rainbow!
