To***co affects more than just the lungs. It can also have a serious impact on your oral health.

Smoking and to***co use can increase the risk of gum disease, tooth staining, bad breath, delayed healing after dental treatment, oral infections, and even oral cancer.

Your mouth often shows early signs of to***co-related damage, which is why regular dental checkups and oral cancer screenings are so important.

This World No To***co Day, take one step toward a healthier smile and a healthier life. Whether it is cutting back, quitting, or simply starting a conversation with your healthcare provider, every step matters.

Your smile deserves a to***co-free future.
