First ride day🐴✨ Time to see what this big guy knows!

After giving him time to settle in, the team saddled him up for the very first time, and he absolutely impressed us. Willing and trying his best… all signs of a great future ahead.

At S&D, we start every rescue with patience, groundwork, and clear direction. These horses need a job both physically and mentally, and it’s incredible to watch their confidence grow as they learn their new Equine Ambassador role.

To everyone who rides with us, supports us, and cheers for every recovered horse who steps off the trailer- you’re part of moments like this. Thank you for helping us give horses a real second chance🤎✨
