Hi there! My name is Chunk, and I’m a 4-year-old bundle of love and loyalty looking for my forever home. I came in to the shelter with my brother who I spend lots of time outside of my kennel with. 💛
I’m gentle, affectionate, and curious about the world around me. Once I warm up to you (which doesn’t take long!), I’ll be your loyal shadow – showering you with love and cuddles every chance I get. 💕

Thanks to his recent “Doggy Day Out” with Crystal Coast Dog, Bucky got a glimpse of what love feels like outside shelter walls. ♥️ Now, he’s back at the shelter, waiting with hope in his heart for a family to make that feeling last forever. A Huge Thank You to Our Weekend Fosters!

This weekend, while we had some important maintenance done to our building, some of our pets got to spend time in a loving, caring foster home—and it’s all thanks to YOU.

We are endlessly grateful to our incredible foster families who opened their hearts and homes on short notice. These sweet animals got to enjoy cozy couches, sunny backyards, and all the snuggles they could ask for.

We truly couldn’t do what we do without your support. Your kindness keeps our mission going, and we’re so lucky to have such a compassionate community by our side.
