Welcome to Happy Dog Educational & Training Services. We are a new company established in 2023.
I am Certified through the United States Department of Labor and the North Carolina state Department of Commerce and various other private institutions in the profession of Dog training & Canine psychology and behavior.
At HDETS we use methods based on Traditonal training,Balanced, Free choice and progressive positive reinforcement /Play training methods of Dog training. Out of this we have developed what we call HD Progressive Traditional Dog Training. We utilize elements from each style in appropriate response to each individual dog and their individual circumstances. This is done to ensure the success and or rehabilition of the dog. What works for one may not work for another. We call our training progressive for it is always growing & changing in order to better assist our clients and their dogs. We Specialize in all levels of Obediance training, Puppy training, Leash & off leash walking, Behavioral assessments & Behavioral modification training, Protection training, Humane treatment & canine/Dog education, Shelter dog rehabilition & training, plus other custom froms of training & prevention methods.
The main focus here at HDETS is educate the pet owner on to better understand and communicate with their dog ( canine companion) in a way that is most productive while weeding away any unwanted behavior or in teaching them a new skill. Here at HDETS we are not only trainers but educators. Our process is not only about dog/canine education and training but human as well. We urge all pet owners we work with to take part in HDETS educational & training process. We also offer certifications in our training process as well.
