🎉 New product alert!

After much thought and comparison with other oral preventatives on the market, we have decided to now offer Credelio Quattro for our oral flea, tick, heartworm, and intestinal parasite prevention!

This will be taking the place of Simparica Trio on our shelves. For those of you that want to continue using Simparica Trio, you can still get it on our online pharmacy (theanimaldoctorvt.covetruspharmacy.com).

ATTENTION:

We will not have a doctor in the office on Monday 3/9 and Tuesday 3/10. Someone will be answering phone calls and emails for meds and food refills from 9am to 12pm; however, the lobby will be closed. Normal business hours and operations will resume on Wednesday 3/11.

Please be aware that we do not have a doctor in the office today (2/4/25), so the office will be open from 8am to 12pm for med and food refills only. We will resume normal business hours and operations tomorrow at 8am.

A few friendly reminders:

1) Appointments - please come in the building WITHOUT your pet to check in. Cats MUST be in carriers and dogs MUST be on leashes (preferably not retractable ones).

2) Sample drop-offs - if the temperature is below freezing (32 degrees Fahrenheit) outside, please do not leave any samples in our box on the porch. Also, be sure it is labeled with your pet’s name AND last name.

3) Phone calls - please be sure to leave a voicemail and give us at least 1 to 2 hours to get back to you. We receive hundreds of calls per day, so we cannot answer every single phone call.
