I'm still pretty new to having a dog that's actually my responsibility, and Tank has already decided he makes the rules. 😂 At 16 weeks old, if he misses a nap, he turns into one loud little bulldozer. He'll flop onto the floor, snort dramatically, grunt every time I ask him to move, then somehow trip over his own paws on the way to his kennel. That's usually when I know he desperately needs to settle down.

The heat has been rough, so I've been freezing his cooling mat, making frozen peanut butter treats, giving frozen carrots, and keeping fresh water nearby all day. Ryan and I are still learning. Does anyone have good recommendations for dry, itchy puppy skin?

I'm Megan, and Tank, my 10-month-old Bulldog, has mastered being adorable and exhausting at the same time. He jumps up to greet everyone, then spends bedtime loudly snorting, grumbling, and dramatically flopping onto the bed before deciding he's actually not comfortable and refusing to move. Every night feels like negotiating with a tiny stubborn roommate.

We've tried long walks before bed, toys, and calming routines, but he still takes forever to settle. If your Bulldog eventually grew out of this stage, I'd love to know what finally worked.
