Its been a great 2.5 years everyone, I must say I am super happy with all my clients and the love I feel from you ( well mostly your dogs and their kisses 💋)
Life as we know it changes, and most have been aware of me dropping down on my availability, which is still in play, mostly my evenings. I am strictly going down to 1 evening slot a week, this will also give me a little more flexibility if something were to arise for you or me.
Somethings as having a full time job, being a full time mom/wife/pet mom, grooming on the side, I must try to set more boundaries.
I will be enforcing a cancelation/ recurring reschedule 3 strike rule. I try to be as flexible as possible because I understand life changes, even at the drop of a hat. However when I have a full day of 6 to 8 groomings, time is very sensitive to me, I will reserve the right to fire a client if a problem continues.
Any messages, or phone calls after 7pm during the week will be addressed the following day, ( within reason of it pertaining to the following day services) weekends will be more lag time, as I am trying to be more present in my kids' lives without a phone at my hip.
Trust me if I could give 110% to everything in life all at once, I would.
Also I have now opened up booking into June 2026, I do have most clients booked through the end of this year, if you wish to continue through June of 2026, please reach out.
