1-year-old CHUCKIE came to us as a stray. While some cats struggle to adjust to their new surroundings, this happy boy took it all in stride and wasted no time winning the hearts of everyone he's met. Chuckie loves affection and attention-- chin scritches, head rubs, and gentle back massages are his idea of heaven! He's a chatty fellow, too, and has no problem sharing his opinions on most any topic (though he wisely steers clear of anything controversial). And his adorable, fluffy, orange tail? Well that's the icing on the cake! If you are looking for a new kitty companion that truly has it all, Chuckie could be just the one you're looking for.

We love seeing our HSW alumni! PHIL (now Julio) is one of our Rugrats pups, a litter of six American Bulldog/Boxer mix babies! Adopted in March, he’s now 6 months old, & we’re just blown away at how big this handsome boy is! ❤️

We ❤️ senior adoptions — it was a love match for 8 years young LAURA BIAGIOTTI & her new cat dad, who was mourning the loss of his 20+ year old kitty:

“Hello! My Dad adopted Laura B., and you were right about her being quick to settle. It took her maybe ten minutes to be ready to go outside the one room and start exploring Dad's house. In less than an hour she was clearly more relaxed and getting all the pets and brushing she wanted. I think Laura and my Dad will be very happy for a long time - thank you!!”

FROM OUR HOME TO YOURS —
Three-month-old PEBBLES the calico kitten has found her forever home with a wonderful new family who are previous adopters! Even more special, Pebbles’ new big brother is 18-month-old Buster (formerly PHIL — see how much he’s grown ♥️), who was adopted in February 2025.
