We understand how busy the holidays can get, but please remember: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel.

Appointments canceled with short notice or missed entirely will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, which must be paid before rebooking.

For the safety of our furry clients, please DO NOT enter the building without an appointment.

We use very sharp grooming tools — even the slightest movement can cause injury.
If you do not have an appointment, DO NOT KNOCK or enter the building.

If the door is locked, please do not yank or pull — just give us a call!

If you enter without an appointment, you will be given a card and politely asked to call us.
