Marino pupdate! 💚🐾

A few weeks into forever home life, Marino is looking pretty comfortable.

He’s settling in with his new mom, getting into a routine, and starting training as they continue building trust together.

After everything that went into finding the right match for him, seeing updates like this means so much to our team.

We miss him, but we’re even happier knowing he’s exactly where he’s meant to be. 💚

Meet Chance 💚🐾

Chance is a 4 year old Pit Bull mix who is smart, athletic, playful, and full of personality.

He has been waiting about 2.5 years for the right home and is currently thriving in foster, where his days are filled with walks, dog friends, car rides, swimming, running, and plenty of sunbathing.

Chance is looking for an active, experienced family who understands over excitement and arousal. He does well with laid back social dogs and dog savvy cats.

His adoption fee has been fully sponsored by Donna. 💚

Meet Winston 💚🐾

Winston is a sweet, shy, affectionate guy looking for a patient family who will give him time to settle in and build confidence.

He loves his foster dog siblings and would do well with a well-matched dog friend in his forever home. A fenced-in yard is required to help keep him safe while he continues expanding his comfort zone.

Once he feels comfortable, Winston’s playful, snuggly side really comes out. He’s crate-trained, potty trained, smart, and loves relaxing with his people.

Forever Loved. Forever Missed. Never Forgotten. 🐾🌈

At our recent Fall for the Dogs event at LaBelle Winery, we took a special moment to honor three dogs in our community of adopters and friends who left paw prints on our hearts forever. Hippo 🐾 Bauer🐾 Bently

Three beautiful souls. Three unforgettable stories. Three dogs whose love and memories will live on forever. ❤️

Today, October 27th, marks a special day of Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead). According to a cherished tradition, this is the day our beloved pets’ spirits return to visit us. 🌼 Families welcome them home with photographs, candles, favorite treats, toys, and vibrant marigolds believed to help guide their spirits back to the people who love them.

As we remember Hippo, Bauer, and Bently, we’re reminded that rescue is about so much more than saving lives. It’s about the love, the memories, and the incredible bonds that never truly leave us.

To every family who has loved and lost a dog, we know a piece of your heart went with them. But we also know they left a piece of theirs with you. 🧡
