This stunning girl is Penelope — a gentle, timid sweetheart who just wants a quiet place to call home. She’s about 1–2 years old, spayed, and fully up to date on vaccines.

Penelope is shy at first but incredibly loving once she warms up. She’s living with other animals and kids right now and doing great — she just needs a soft voice, a warm lap, and a little patience to feel safe and loved.

Gus (black and white) & Tuna (gray and white) are a bonded pair of brothers who must be adopted together. This past winter they were rescued from a cold life outside and now they are very much inseparable, indoor only, cats. They spent the last few months healing from eye surgery (Tuna) and learning how to be spoiled house cats. They are big (about 14lbs & 2 years old) lovable boys who enjoy lots of snacks, lounging around the house and getting your attention anytime they can. Gus especially enjoys being upside down and carried like a baby and Tuna loves to chase after your feet. These boys are neutered and vaccinated. Located in Tamaqua PA. Great with kids, dogs, cats. 🚨 Emergency Medical Help Needed for Baby Boom Boom 🐾💔

Yesterday, we took in a tiny kitten, just about 5 weeks old, who we’ve named Boom Boom. This sweet baby was attacked by something and is now fighting to recover from multiple injuries.

As soon as we got him, he went straight to the vet and was admitted. He has severe lacerations and trauma to one of his eyes. Our amazing vet, Katie, is doing everything she can to save his eye and stabilize him.

Despite everything he’s been through, Boom Boom is holding his own. He’s a tough little fighter, but he needs our help now more than ever.

Those of you who have followed us for a while may remember Kira. Kira was at ACCT Philly. Someone reported her as a wolf hybrid to the game commission. We pulled her, and with permission from the game commission were allowed to keep her in foster until her DNA test came back. Sadly, she came back as part wolf and either had to be euthanized or relocated out of state. The GC gave us time to secure placement out of state, and Kira has been safe at WOLF.
