It has already been a busy week! We hauled 63 round bales in, had 24 horses see by our wonderful dentist Adam and had Paul, our farrier, out at the same time! We had great help from some of the girls, who learned a lot and love watching these professionals work! We also had Nova, the Husky puppy, supervising, but she was sleeping on the job!

Six years! Today was this girls’ six year anniversary of starting lessons here. Even though she has her own horse now, since the first lesson was on Champ, it made sense that today’s should be. He has had a year off, it was like he never missed a day.

Good morning everyone. Very scary morning. We had way too close of a call with a tornado this morning. We are ok. All of our buildings are standing. So far minor tree damage. Tornado started over us and dropped right past us damage is just past us into Neosho.

We have several retired horses here at the ranch just living their best lives. Cactus is one of them. She just turned 19, and she believes that the yard is her private retreat space, and the cattle guard is there to keep everyone else out of her space, she has figured out how to sneak beside it.
