🎓 Gucci Has Graduated! 🎓

Six-month-old Dachshund Gucci has officially graduated from our two-week Board & Train program, and let’s just say… this little guy kept us on our toes and laughing constantly with his BIG personality packed into that tiny body!

Gucci came to us with quite the list of challenges: chewing shoes and anything else he could find, barking for attention while Dad was on the phone, potty training, door bolting, and begging for food.

He also had some serious opinions about walks, listening, being left alone, and even the apartment siding wasn’t safe from those puppy teeth!

We also worked on recall, leash manners, impulse control, and learning that the cat is NOT a chew toy or something to chase. And of course, we addressed his tendency to get a little too mouthy with the girlfriend.

But Gucci’s biggest adventure is still ahead! This little guy will be traveling with Dad on a tour bus as Dad’s music career takes off, so learning how to listen, settle, make good choices, and handle new environments is especially important.

Gucci may have arrived as a tiny four-legged tornado, but he’s leaving with a whole new set of skills—and we’re so proud of him!

Keep being your ridiculously cute, hilarious self, Gucci. Just remember… listening is not optional! 😂🐾

Double the Dachshund, double the graduation!

Georgie, our 9-year-old seasoned sausage, and Peppa, her 1-year-old little sister, just graduated our 2-Week Board & Train Program! And these two came in with some very different challenges to work through.

🐾 Peppa had a few things to learn about being a good little citizen — managing her anxiety and excessive barking around other dogs, keeping her teeth off the household destruction, dropping things when asked instead of turning it into a game, leaving the fence alone, and most importantly, learning that “NO” actually means NO!

🐾 Georgie needed help managing her anxiety around other dogs, which often came out as some very enthusiastic barking. She also needed to learn that when the kids want to interact, growling and the occasional snap aren’t the appropriate way to say, “I’m not in the mood.”

After two weeks of structure, consistency, confidence building, and plenty of practice, both girls have made some awesome progress! They’re heading home with new skills, clearer communication, and a much better understanding of what’s expected of them.

Two different personalities. Two different challenges. One adorable pair of graduates.

Congratulations, Georgie & Peppa! You two are officially ready to take on the world — one tiny little dachshund step at a time!

🎓Congratulations to Dixie on graduating our 3-Week Board & Train Program! 🐾

This 1½-year-old Lab mix is a happy, bubbly, energetic girl who absolutely loves life. She came to us with a decent understanding of basic obedience, but when distractions showed up... let’s just say her “selective hearing” was working overtime! 😄

Dixie’s biggest challenges included:
🐾 Jumping and mouthing
🐾 Barking out of frustration
🐾 Counter surfing like a pro
🐾 Bolting through open doors 
🐾 Unreliable off leash

Over the last three weeks, Dixie learned that listening isn’t optional—even when exciting things are happening around her. We focused on building engagement, impulse control, and reliability so she can make good choices instead of impulsive ones.

One of Dixie’s biggest accomplishments was taking her training into the real world during a field trip to Tractor Supply. There, she practiced holding her commands with people walking by, carts rolling past, and plenty of distractions around her. Watching her stay focused on her handler instead of every person she wanted to greet was such a rewarding transformation!

Dixie still has that same joyful, goofy personality we all fell in love with—she’s just learned how to channel all that enthusiasm into being a much more polite companion.

We are so proud of the progress you’ve made, sweet girl! Keep practicing, keep making great choices, and enjoy your new adventures with your family. ❤️🐶

🐾 Barlow’s Graduation Day! 🎓

Two weeks ago, Barlow came to us with a big personality, a big heart, and a lot to learn.

As a rescue, Barlow’s past is largely unknown, but his family knew they wanted to give him every opportunity to succeed. He struggled with jumping on guests, resource guarding food and toys, wanting to be the “boss” around the other dogs in the home, chewing on hands during play, and being unsure of certain strangers. His family is also hoping to start a family in the future, so creating a calm, respectful companion was a top priority.

Over the last two weeks, Barlow has worked incredibly hard! 💪 He learned that looking to his handler for guidance is much more rewarding than making his own decisions. We’ve focused on building his confidence, teaching him polite manners around people, improving his impulse control, and showing him how to remain calm in distracting environments.

One of our favorite things about Barlow is watching his confidence grow. The dog who was hesitant in new situations became more willing to trust, engage, and work through challenges instead of reacting to them. That’s where real transformation happens.

His training journey doesn’t end here—continued consistency at home will be the key to maintaining and strengthening everything he’s learned. But Barlow has left with the tools, structure, and foundation to continue becoming the well-mannered companion his family envisioned.

We are so proud of how far you’ve come. Keep making great choices, Barlow! ❤️🐶

Congratulations to Callie on graduating our 3-week Board & Train program! 🎓🐾

This sweet 3-year-old Lab mix came to us needing help with dog reactivity, leash manners, recall, and everyday household behaviors. Walks were stressful as Callie would bark, lunge, and pull toward other dogs, and at home she was quick to sound the alarm whenever dogs—or even people—passed by the house. She also enjoyed jumping on guests, counter surfing, claiming the bed as her own, and had very little off-leash reliability.

Over the last three weeks, Callie has worked incredibly hard building confidence, learning to stay calm and focused around distractions, and developing reliable obedience both at home and in public. She even showed off her new skills during training at our local Tractor Supply! From polite leash walking and better recall to calmer greetings and improved impulse control, Callie has made tremendous progress.

We are so proud of this amazing girl and can’t wait for her family to continue building on everything she’s learned.

“All Dogs Unleashed really transformed our dog Renzo! Before ADU, his bad habits had really started to take a toll on our household and especially on Renzo himself.

As a rescue, he seemed to be dealing with some deep behavioral issues that we just couldn’t resolve. Thanks to ADU, he now has the confidence he desperately needed. Their approach really worked wonders, at home and on the leash.

Before ADU, sometimes we had to literally drag him up and down the block. Among other things he obsessively chased lights, shadows and his own reflections. I will add that the hard work they (and he) put in at the ADU facility did not stop there. We have continued to work with him, as ADU strongly suggests, and it has been incredibly rewarding for Renzo and our family.” — Renzo’s Mom and Dad 🤍
