Waldron Small Animal & Exotic Pet Care started in 2011 and offers pet sitting and in home nursing care to every type of pet while you are away! (Or home!)

I have been in the veterinary field for 13 years and have been a licensed veterinary nurse for 10 years!!! Cats, birds, reptiles, farm animal (ducks/chickens/ goats/pigs/sheep!), sugar gliders, guinea pigs, rabbits, and more. I will do β€œcluste

r care” in further locations as long I have a handful of pets to visit. What’s included?:
FIRST! I always schedule a FREE Meet & Greet
1-2 visits per day
Cage/ pen/ litter box cleaning
Play times/enrichment
Feeding
Nursing care: (SQ fluids, injections, medication administration, and more)
Nail trims
A**l glands

Involving your birds in daily activities can provide enrichment and be simple! It can be as easy as setting up a perch in the office, putting a bird tree in the living room, or involving them with family activities. If you and your family play board games at home, you can include your bird during family game night. Watching the game and the excitement between family members can provide mental stimulation and a novel experience for your bird. Supervise your bird during play and be careful with any toxic paint or pieces that could be swallowed whole!
