It’s always rewarding when someone walks into K9 for the first time and leaves knowing they’ve found a place they can trust.

Recently, a new customer Juan came in with his family shopping for his dog Fang.
Fang is a beautiful Wolf Hybrid: 65% Grey wolf/Red wolf 35% Alaskan Malamute and I can’t wait to meet him.
What started as a simple visit quickly turned into a meaningful connection between us. I took the time to get to know him, his family, and learn all about Fang!
the experience was a great reminder of why we do what we do.

At K9, we believe that building relationships with our customers goes far beyond a single purchase. It’s about trust, genuine service, and becoming a place where both people and their dogs feel welcome.
