Bunnies United Network (BUN) is a not-for-profit organization in the Chicagoland area that is dedicated to house rabbits, education, and rescue. We are partnered with the National House Rabbit Society and are the official Illinois Chapter of that organization.

We have fantastic news! Tickles and Jumper have found their forever home and just in time for the holidays!!! 🎄🎅🎁

They are settling into their new home in Wisconsin. But don't worry, they will remain die hard Bears fans 🐻 even though they are now in Packers territory.

We are thrilled to have found a family that is as charmed with Tickles and Jumper as we are. They will without a doubt thrive and live their best lives. Congratulations and best wishes, Tickles and Jumper!!!! 🥳 🎉🎈

Our newest foster Saylor is hoping you can donate to allow BUN to find her a forever home. We don’t know much about Saylor as she was living in a cage in the entry way of a municipal animal control. We couldn’t let her stay a moment longer. A BUN member offered to foster Saylor, and she is now in a being spoiled in a loving home.

Saylor is just one of hundreds of rabbits that are currently available for adoption in local animal shelters and rescues. Rabbits need us more than ever

Did you know that as of Easter 2025 (April 20, 2025), there have been 154 rabbits rescued in the Chicagoland area? Once those rabbits are rescued they may need medical care, spay/neuter and vaccinations. When the rabbit is ready to go to a foster home we also need to purchase the necessary supplies (hay, pellets, treats, toys, etc.) to help the rabbit thrive.

Your generous donations allow us to find loving forever home for these rescued rabbits. We hope that you will remember Bunnies United Network on this Giving Tuesday.

Is there anyone out there that would like to foster a bunny? There is a bunny living in a cage right now at Joliet Township Animal Control that looks so sad. I saw her this week and it was heart breaking. I dont know mixh about her except thatbshe has been spayed Please let us know ASAP if you would like to welcome her into your home. You can DM us.
