🐾 BlueBelle is going to Washington! ❤️
We have some wonderful news to share! Our sweet BlueBelle has found an adopter in Walla Walla, Washington!
What makes this story especially nice is how many people helped make it happen.
We want to give a very special thank-you to . We've been in touch with their team about BlueBelle since August, sharing updates, photos, and videos as she gradually came out of her shell. They kept looking for opportunities for her, and we just learned that her new adopter actually found BlueBelle through their outreach! We couldn't be more grateful to them for sticking with her.
Of course, none of this would be happening without the wonderful folks at Pets at Nacogdoches Animal Shelter, who have cared for BlueBelle and helped her become the sweet, confident girl she is today. And they're going above and beyond once again by taking her all the way to Washington! We'll let them tell you more about that adventure. 😊
We spend a lot of time working with other shelters, rescues, and animal welfare organizations, and this is such a nice reminder of why those relationships matter. We all have different roles to play, and sometimes a connection made hundreds or thousands of miles away turns out to be exactly what one of our dogs needs.
Thank you to everyone who has helped BlueBelle along the way. We're so happy for this blue girl. ❤️
