Hi my name is Jen and I am a special needs mobile groomer for SMALL dog Breeds and Bully breed dogs. I am currently accepting new clients at this time in the Mustang/ Tuttle area. Here are a few things that you should know about me and my grooming business:
#1 I take cash, Zelle,Venmo & Cashap ( checks on special circumstances) IF you choose Venmo or Cash Ap please add $5 to your total amount due for processing fee.
Payment is due after completion of grooming appointment if payment is late you will be charged a $25 late fee should I still not get. Payment within 72 hours of payment legal steps will be started.
#2 I will text you the day before as a reminder and confirmation then again when i am on my way- ( please respond back or you will be cancelled and charged a fee - see below #15)
once there and ready I will text you to bring out fur baby to my trailer. Make sure they go potty first ( helps with anxiety)
#3 I block 2 hours for each appointment minimum so it’s a good chance I might get done early. I always give dogs plenty of time and don’t rush them in case they need to stop for whatever reason. However once I’m done with a client I will text the next one and let them know that I’m on my way and will give you the option for me to come early.
#4 I clean and sanitize my trailer and everything after each clients home. I use microfiber towels to dry them and they will not touch another dog till cleaned and sanitized..
#5 I’m CPR & first aid trained for animals and I used to be an EMT.
#6 I take a soft/ gentle approach to grooming, I allow the fur baby to let me know what’s ok and not ok. I try 3 times/ 3 ways and if it doesn’t happen.. sorry not sorry. I fully report everything to you via text & photo
#7 I am fully self contained trailer however if your dog is sound sensitive I’m more than happy to plug into your home and I have my own cords.
#8 I try to take photos during the process and on many occasions once I text them to you I will also post them on this page… Some are just too cute not to!
#9 The things that will get me to cancel on you: weather( snow/ice, active thunderstorms or severe wind/ tornadoes) and family emergencies or illness.
#10 my trailer is family friendly- children & fur parents are always welcome to stay in trailer while I am grooming.
#11 PLEASE try NOT to schedule me when it’s your trash day.. i take up room with my vehicle and trailer.. I don’t like to fight with the trash man
#12 i drive a F150 truck and tow my work trailer behind me. If you live on a street with no cul-de-sac or a way i can turn myself around if needed, or if you don’t have a lot of of space around you for me to park please let me know at booking..
#13 customers that need after 4 pm are welcome to book with me at my home in Mustang Tue- Thurs.
#14 I do NOT work weekends sorry not sorry, This is literally the ONLY time I see my husband- he works Sun-Fri..
#15 If you cancel within 24 hour of your appointment there will be a $25/ per dog fee that will be due immediately.
