As the year comes to a close we have a few announcements to make.

First, after today, Stacey (that's meee) will no longer have access to this business page. Long story short, it's Facebooks fault.

Second, and most importantly, we are losing an amazing member of our family/team. As many of you already know, Iliana is taking a leap of faith into a new career choice and we wish her nothing but happiness and blessings on this new journey. She has been a true friend and coworker for seven years and her commitment, dedication and diligence will be sorely missed. She helped Stacey take over the business five years ago. She survived a whole pandemic with us, numerous holiday rushes, births, deaths and everything else in-between. We are so thankful that the universe sent her our way when it did. To know her is to love her and to lose her is heartbreaking. Thank you for everything, always. This isn't goodbye, it's a "I'll talk to in like 15 minutes when I get home!", the conversation will never end.

Hey folks. Just a quick update. Three out of four of us tested positive for the flu over the weekend. Two of us have been fever free for 24 hours so we are in the shop today. But, one of our girls is still very sick and out until further notice. January has not been our month for sure. So, we're asking everyone to please be patient as we try to navigate this chaos. There will be calls going out to reschedule folks because even though we're fever free, we still don't feel so great and can't physically take on the extra dogs right now. If you would like to volunteer to be moved around, give us a call, leave a message and we will get back with you! Thank y'all as always for understanding!

‼️IT'S ALIVE!!! WE HAVE WATER!!!‼️

I kept the temp up in the shop and the water dripping because the low for the night is 26°. Y'all keep saying your prayers and we should be good to go for tomorrows appointments!!

‼️ Our hot water is still frozen!‼️

Please, everyone, be patient with us. We are doing our very best under the current circumstances. Thankfully temperatures are rising later today and hopefully that will get everything thawed. Please be patient with Stacey as she calls everyone this morning. Closing this many days really has a negative effect on our scheduling availability.

Sharing this again because it's going to be the same protocol for tomorrow. We'll keep you all updated!

Hey folks! We hope everyone is staying nice and toasty! As long as the road conditions stay as they are now, we will be at the shop tomorrow. Stacey is going to try and get in a bit earlier than usual and make sure our pipes haven't frozen (this has happened in the past) and there are still enough dogs in the schedule to drive in for. We are going to have a couple of the girls come in a bit later as they live further north in areas that received more snow and have different road conditions as we do here in the metro and south of the metro. We just want to try our best to keep everyone safe. If you feel that you would rather reschedule for a warmer day, we completely understand and will be more than happy to move folks around. We still ask that in the morning you check our page again or call the shop after 7:30 to make sure we're there!

Again, we want to thank you all for your patience and understanding. The winter season is always a tough one to get through because keeping our clients and employees always comes first. ‼️‼️ ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR TODAY (1/16/24) HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED. Please add us to your prayers tonight and hope they thaw out in time for tomorrows appointments! Thank you all for being understanding and working with us. We left water dripping but I guess sometimes mother nature has other plans for ya.

⚠️⚠️Stacey was wrong. Our hot water lines are frozen. So we currently have no hot water. Because of our frozen pipes, we will not be open.⚠️⚠️
