“Cat lady” is sometimes said as though caring too much should be embarrassing. Yet noticing the shy cat under a hedge or stopping to make sure a hungry one is safe says something worth keeping.

A soft heart is not a flaw. It is the reason a frightened animal gets a patient voice, a bowl of food, and one more chance to trust the world.

So let the cats follow and let the label stay. If it means having a heart that notices them, it sounds much more like a compliment. 🐾

This! Just because GiGi is adopted and pending her new kitty mom taking her does NOT mean I have space. Its still crowded here in my 2 br Mobile home. Yes the catio helps but there are still 6 adorable loving healthy kitties that need their furever homes too. I guess I needed a break this spring & summer from kitten rescue work but without you talking about adopting one or two of my kitties to your friends neighbors coworkers and family I cannot continue. Please help me find their happy furever after’s too!

Our Intake is CLOSED.

Since Aug 1st of 2025 to Aug 1st of 2026 we still helped and took in over 200 some cats and adopted out or placed approximately same number. We do our best - when and where we can.
