Veterinary Front Desk

Hours of Availability

Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, easy going, friendly and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

· Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
· Answer/return phone calls and assist appropriately.
· Manage appointment schedule.
· Maintain accurate records for clients/pets.
· Process payments and client billing inquiries.
· Maintain a clean and presentable lobby for clientele.
· Make follow up calls per doctors requests.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
· Basic animal handling skills.
· Weekend duties: Work 3 Saturdays on and 3 off. Walking duties will be expected once every 6 weeks once fully trained.

Receptionist experience is preferred, but not required!

This sweet girl is 8 weeks old and looking for a family to spend the holidays with! She is up to date on vaccinations for her current age. The clinic will cover vaccinations until she is considered fully vaccinated and will be spayed at clinic cost when old enough!
