With it being the first day of school, I thought I would post a random photo dump from the summer. 🌞🌞
We were blessed to take care of lots and lots of fantastic pets this summer. Unfortunately I was not able to get pictures of everyone and I apologize. But busy days make pictures difficult sometimes.
But here are the ones I did! Thank you so much to all of our fantastic clients for trusting us with your pets. Without you we would not be able to do what we love to do! ❤️

📢📢ATTENTION!!! 📢📢

We are aware that there are boarding facilities in our area that are currently seeing an increase in kennel cough and upper respiratory infections. To our knowledge we have not had an issue in our facility as of this time.
That being said, if your pets are having any upper respiratory, kennel cough symptoms, or currently on antibiotics for these symptoms, we will not keep them. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we have to protect our clients and their pets.
Kennel cough and upper respiratory issues are airborne and can be very difficult to get rid of. Extreme cases may require us to close for a couple weeks which would in return put our already scheduled clients in a bind.
Please be aware of this and be completely transparent with any place that you are taking your pets to keep this from spreading! ❤️

Dear Valued Clients of the Tri-State,

Due to an ongoing shortage of veterinary staff, our Emergency Services will be operating under reduced hours until further notice. This decision has not been made lightly, and our top priority remains continuing to provide emergency care for your pets as much as we can while maintaining the safety and well-being of our team.

New Weekend ER Hours (Effective Saturday, July 26, 2025)
Saturday - noon to 8pm
Sunday - 10am to 8pm
New Weekday ER Hours (Effective Monday, August 4, 2025)
Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - CLOSED
Wednesday - 6pm to Midnight
Thursday - 6pm to Midnight
Friday - 6pm to Midnight

It's that time of year again!! Do not wait! Check your fences. Make sure your pets have their ID on them. Get anxiety meds refilled. Find a quiet place with a radio or TV on for your pets to hang out.
