Some stories are just too good not to share. ❤️🐾

Meet Emily & Rossi. Two dogs who lost the only home they knew when their owner passed away.

Both ended up in our care at Let Love Live, and eventually Emily found her way to a wonderful adopter in Minnesota.

But her story wasn’t quite finished.

Just a few weeks later, her new dad decided there was room for one more… and adopted Rossi, too. 🥹

Two dogs who lost their person, found their way back to each other, and now get to spend the rest of their lives together.

THIS. This is why we do what we do.

A huge thank you to their adopter for giving these two a second chance, and for sharing this beautiful reunion with us.

Happy tails, Emily & Rossi. You deserve every bit of this. ❤️

BE HONEST. 🐾😂

How many of you have an entire camera roll dedicated to a dog who doesn’t pay a single bill in your house?

We’re talking 47 pictures of them sleeping in slightly different positions, videos of them doing absolutely nothing, and approximately 900 photos that look identical but you refuse to delete a single one.

And don’t even get us started on the conversations you have with them.

No judgment here. We’re all a little ridiculous when it comes to our animals. ❤️

MUTTIVATION MONDAY 🐾

New week. Same dogs waiting for somebody to give them a chance.

Some have been overlooked for months. Some are still learning that people can be kind. And some are just sitting around wondering why on earth nobody has picked them yet. (We’re wondering the same thing. 🤷‍♀️)

But here’s the thing about dogs.

They don’t sit around dwelling on yesterday. They wake up, stretch, wag their tails, and give the world another shot.

Maybe we could all learn a little something from that.

So here’s your Monday reminder: Yesterday doesn’t get to decide what today looks like. Keep showing up. Keep trying. And don’t lose that big, goofy enthusiasm for the little things.

And while you’re at it, help us find some homes!

🚐💕 MILES OF LOVE: NORTHBOUND! 🐾

Last night, another precious crew of four-legged passengers loaded up, buckled in (figuratively 😂), and hit the road toward Minnesota!

Some brought their biggest smiles. Some brought their worried little faces. And some looked like they had a few questions about the travel arrangements. 😂❤️

But every single one of them is headed toward something wonderful: a new chapter, a whole lot of love, and the chance at a forever home.

These miles don’t happen by magic.

They happen because of the people who donate, foster, volunteer, drive, coordinate, and believe that an animal’s future shouldn’t be determined by where they were born.

To every donor, every helping hand, and everyone who helped make this transport possible: THANK YOU. You are the reason these babies get their shot at a beautiful life up north.

From our little corner of East Texas all the way to Minnesota, we’re sending some pretty precious cargo your way. 🥹🐾

💦 PART LAB. PART SUBMARINE. 100% GOOD BOY.

Meet Caddo, our 76-pound chocolate sweetheart who takes his swimming VERY seriously. 😂

And when we say swimming, we mean this boy will put his entire head underwater like he’s searching for buried treasure!

But Caddo’s story isn’t all belly flops and squeaky toys.

He lost the person who loved him when they passed away from cancer. With no family able to take him in, Caddo found himself needing a home all over again. 💔

At just 1 year old, he’s got a whole lifetime of adventures ahead of him. He just needs somebody to share them with.

Before you throw out that old w**d eater, shovel, rake, or other outdoor tools collecting dust in your garage, WE WANT YOUR JUNK! (As long as it works. We've already got enough broken stuff. 🤣)
looking for donations of: W**d eaters
Rakes, shovels, and outdoor hand tools
Any working lawn or property maintenance equipment

Oh, and while we're making a wish list, if anybody has a Sprinter-style cargo van just sitting around that they'd like to donate, we'll take that too. 🤣
