I'm heartbroken to make this post, but our sweet Willow lost her cancer fight this past Friday evening. She was so kind and gentle and brave, but she was also tired and struggling.
Thank you so much to Dr. Kontir and the staff at Mt. Pleasant Animal Hospital for providing such excellent care. I cannot say enough about the level of kindness and compassion they have shown us. Willow loved going there and showing the girls her coats and sweaters. Dr. Kontir always gave her a Beggin Strip at the end of her treatment and she thought that was great because she never got a "j***y treat" at home lol.
We had an agreement that we would fight as hard as we could, but her little body just couldn't fight any longer. I tried to reason with God and let him know what an angel she was, but he decided he wanted her in heaven with him. I would have done anything it took to give her good health and more time. It just wasn't to be.
Rest with the Lord my little sunshine, my princess, my Weewo.... we will meet again.

Closed Thursday.
And open1/2 Friday 10-5 and 1/3 Saturday 10-4.
