Hi everyone!

Just a reminder that our November Pet Food Drive kicks off on November 1st and runs through November 30th!

We are partnering with VeTouch (Veterinary Treatment Outreach for Urban Community Health) and SIRVS (Student Initiative for Reservation Veterinary Services) to help provide pet food to animals and families in need.

We will be collecting unopened bags and cans of pet food from clients throughout the month.

As a thank-you, each donor will receive a $10 coupon for the Purina Vet Direct online store! Additionally, for every 2 pounds of food collected, Purina will contribute $1 toward additional food purchases for our rescue partners.

This is a great opportunity for us to support two wonderful organizations and make a difference for pets and families in our communities.

Thank you all for helping make this a success!

Very toxic! ☠️

Grapes, raisins, and even currants can be more dangerous to dogs than most pet parents realize. Even only a few grapes have been linked to sudden kidney failure that may not show up for days, and homegrown or organic grapes carry the same risk.

Veterinary medicine hasn't pinpointed why some dogs react and others don't, or confirmed what makes grapes so toxic, which is exactly why any known ingestion is treated as a potential emergency, not just the large ones.

If your dog gets into grapes, raisins, currants, or anything made with them, call or chat with our veterinary professionals at 800-213-6680.
