Snuggle Bug Pet Sitting – Client Requirements

To help keep all pets safe and healthy, I kindly ask that the following requirements be met before services begin:

🐾 Vaccinations

* Dogs must be up to date on Rabies.
* Dogs should also be current on the Kennel Cough (Bordetella) vaccine.
* Other core vaccinations are strongly recommended.

🐾 Heartworm Prevention

* Dogs should be on a current heartworm prevention program.

🐾 Flea & Tick Prevention

* Dogs must be on an effective flea and tick preventative and be free of active flea infestations before services begin.

🐾 Health

* Pets should be free from contagious illnesses, including vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, or other signs of sickness.
* Please notify me immediately if your pet becomes ill before a scheduled visit.

🐾 Behavior

* Please disclose any history of aggression, biting, anxiety, escape attempts, or other behavioral concerns so I can provide the safest care possible.

🐾 Emergency Information

* Please provide your veterinarian’s contact information and an emergency contact in case you cannot be reached.

🐾 Supplies
Please have the following available before your booking:

* Enough food and treats for the entire stay
* Leash, harness, and/or collar with ID tags
* Any medications with clear instructions
* Cleaning supplies for accidents (if needed)
