Dr. Kelsey Stokes leads with a heart for animals and the people who love them. Emily and Brittany, our vet techs, bring a mix of skill, patience, and plenty of treats to make every visit easier for pets and their owners.

We know vet visits can sometimes be stressful. That’s why we take the time to listen, explain, and make your pets feel safe from the moment they walk in. Here, your pets are cared for just like our own.

Some moments are tender beyond words. Once we have done all we can medically, sometimes love and comfort is the best medicine 🥰

One of the greatest gifts we have to offer in veterinary medicine is a peaceful goodbye to those that have spent their whole lives giving to us. Sweet Alice spent yesterday making sure Champ had company until his family arrived. What a privilege it was to witness the bond he shared with his family 🩵

We will be closed Friday for the Fourth of July. We still have a couple of last minute appointments available for tomorrow if you need to get in before the long weekend! 🇺🇸

🧨 Do the fireworks make your pet anxious? Don’t forget to call or get in for anxiety medications to help make their holiday as good as yours!

🏥 Premier Pet Emergency Clinic will be open for emergencies from Thursday, July 3rd at 5:30 PM until Monday July 7th at 7:00 AM. They are located at 2024 Forsythe Ave in Monroe, and their phone number is 318-855-4011.

To try to avoid visiting the ER this holiday weekend, avoid too much exposure to the heat, don’t include your pets in the cookout feast, and put all pets indoors and secure during fireworks time ❤️
