Hello Everyone, we hope you had a wonderful Winter! As Spring approaches, we are looking forward to resuming our weekly Client Group classes. Our first group class of the year for returning and new clients will take place on April 4th at 10:00am at Munson Park and will be 10:00am every saturday after.
