🐴 Looking for a dependable farm hand to join our team!

Silver Lining Stables in Monroe, CT is looking for someone reliable who enjoys working around horses.

🗓 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Prior horse experience is preferred.

The day-to-day includes:
• Feeding
• Turnout & blanketing
• General barn maintenance
• Keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly

This is a hands-on farm position — not a riding or grooming job.

No housing available.

💰 Pay rate will be discussed by email and will depend on experience.

Addie and Olivia had a great time at the Combined Test Show, and came home with some pretty exciting results!

🏆 Addie & Parker won their Grasshopper class with an awesome 19.4!

🥉 Olivia brought home 3rd place in Starter class with a 30!

🐴🤍 We never take our indoor arena for granted.

Whether it's pouring rain, blazing hot, or the middle of winter, it's always there—keeping horses in a routine and riders in the saddle.

Some days it's easy to forget what a difference it makes... until you need it.

We're pretty thankful to have a space where horses and riders can keep doing what they love, no matter what the weather has planned.

We currently have 2 part-time openings at Silver Lining Stables in Monroe, CT:

🐎 Weekend Barn Staff
🗓 Saturday & Sunday
• One day: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• One day: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM

🐎 After-School Barn Staff (Beginning in August)
🕔 Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Prior horse experience is preferred for both positions.

Responsibilities include:
- Feeding
- Turnout & blanketing
- Stall cleaning
- General barn maintenance & organization

🚫 These are not riding or grooming positions.
🏠 No housing available.

We’re looking for dependable people who show up, work hard, care about the horses, & want to be part of a supportive team.

Silver Lining Stables in Monroe, CT is looking for a dependable person to join our team on weekends.

🗓 Saturday & Sunday
• One day: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• One day: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Prior horse experience is preferred.

This position includes feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, and general barn chores. If you enjoy being around horses and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we’d love to hear from you.

🚫 This is not a riding or grooming position.
🏠 No housing available.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a great barn team.
