Sign up Today!!! Our 2nd Annual 5K and 1-Mile Walk & Wag will be taking place Saturday, October 11th, 2025, in Monmouth, IL, starting at 9 am. Join us for this great family-friendly event, dogs are welcome on leashes (no retractable leashes please).

We have been busy these last few weeks with transports and events.

Sign up today for our 2nd Annual 5K and 1 Mile Walk & Wag! Can't make it; no problem, we also have a Virtual 5K with Medals!
Saturday, October 11th, 5K - 9:00 a.m. (Medals will be awarded!), 1 Mile Walk & Wag - 9:30 a.m. Start time. Bathrooms will be open on-site. We hope to see you there!

This event is family and dog friendly (dogs must be on leash, no retractable leashes please). Children 5 and under are free with a participating adult. If you would like to purchase a shirt for your free child, please message us with their size. All extra shirts in sizes Youth - XL are $15. Youth t-shirts will be available in advance only.

While on her way to Lancaster yesterday Brandy Woehler made a stop in Kahoka, MO to pick up a male Cocker Spaniel puppy who is headed to a foster home with Rockstar Cocker Rescue. Thank you to both rescues for saving these dogs today and asking us to help be a part of their Freedom Rides to a new life. Meet the 1st set of dogs that Brandy Woehler transported yesterday afternoon. Rosey is a 7 year old Corgi who we picked up in Landcaster, MO along with 2 yorkipoo puppies before heading to Davenport, IA. All 3 of these will be going to Pet Profile Rescue out of Glen Homer, IL. This afternoon we had Ann Hirsch Alecock on the road for us transporting 9 puppies to Quad City Animal Welfare Center in Milan, IL from Mercer County. Meet this cute crew of Pit bull mix puppies that will be headed to QCAWC where they will be vetted before they are ready for adoption. Thank you for saving them as asking us to be a part of there journey today.
