Today I was told by a customer that he was gonna ruin my business! He brought his poodle in an I did my normal ruff in ( pre shave) then gave it a bath… in the bath I seen where she was infested with flea. I don’t do fleas. For one it jeopardizes other dogs in my shop… I can take it home to my dogs!so I have a big orange sign hanging on the wall that says if your dog has fleas, I will ask you to pick up immediately and we will be charged a $25 fee also the dog was pre-shaved so all I had to do was tidy her up. a normal miniature poodle cut is $50. The dog wasn’t finished so I charged him $30 which equals $55 ( I gave him $5 off)He said he’s gonna run my business into the ground because the dog wasn’t finished.. but back to the orange sign. I will not finish your dog if it has fleas and I will ask you to pick up immediately. Some people need to take accountability. I wished the customer well and if he thinks he can run my business in the ground then so be it! It’s happy day at simple groomin’ by Daina.
