Instead of focusing on one particularly good or difficult day, it can help to look at how your pet
has been feeling over time: their comfort, mobility, appetite, rest, connection with family, and ability to enjoy the things they have always loved.

Thinking about a peaceful goodbye doesn't mean you have to make a decision that day.

Sometimes, simply understanding your options can bring more clarity and help you focus on
making the time you have together meaningful.

Some of the most meaningful memories with our pets come from ordinary moments: the sound of their paws coming down the hallway, the spot they always chose beside us, the way they greeted us when we came home, or the little routines that quietly became part of our days.

When they are no longer physically beside us, those familiar moments can be some of the ones we miss most.

They are also beautiful reminders of just how deeply their lives became intertwined with ours.

EverLoved Veterinary is proud to be a sponsor of the 10th Anniversary Mobile Witches Ride on Sunday, October 25th!

This special community event supports Delta Dogs and its mission to help provide veterinary care to pets whose families may otherwise struggle to afford it.

The festivities include a 3-mile bike ride through Mobile, followed by a fun-filled block party!

Dr. Kristin Crocker will be there, and we'd love for you to stop by and say hello! 🤍

We'll have some goodies to share while supplies last, along with a special Pet Memorial Tree where you can add the name of a beloved companion who has passed.

Whether your pet crossed the rainbow bridge recently or many years ago, we invite you to take a moment to honor their memory and the love that will always remain. 🌳🐾

In Loving Memory of Rosie 🤍🐾

We are so grateful to Rosie’s family for trusting Dr. Kristin Crocker and Jenny to help make her
final moments peaceful, gentle, and surrounded by love.

Being welcomed into such a sacred goodbye is an honor we never take lightly.

Rosie was clearly deeply loved, and we are grateful to have been a small part of her journey.

EverLoved Veterinary provides compassionate in-home pet goodbyes throughout Mobile and

My Pet Is Still Eating – Is It Too Soon to Say Goodbye? 🤍🐾

One of the most common questions families ask is whether it is too soon to consider saying
goodbye if their pet is still eating.

Appetite is important, but it is only one part of quality of life.

A pet may still enjoy meals or treats while struggling with pain, mobility, breathing, rest, or no longer engaging with family and favorite activities.

Sometimes appetite is one of the last things to change.

You do not have to wait until your pet stops eating completely to begin thinking about a l peaceful goodbye.

Instead, look at the whole picture: comfort, mobility, breathing, rest, engagement, and whether there are still more good days than difficult ones.
