This is Harebell’s Paper Bag, an 11 week old brood doe I’ve taken a liking to. You may never see her head because it’s a bit ugly, but that body… 🏀🔥

Series buck update! Our boy just turned 4 months old and is just coming out of his big junior molt. His crown is starting to come back in, and I am hoping to see his head begin to pop in the next couple of months. I can’t get over how massive and well muscled he feels under hand. He is both WIDE and deep and has a very full to the table hindquarter. I’ve been trying to be more conscious about these qualities in my breeding decisions and I feel that he is the fruit of that labor. I wish his crown was placed more forward just ever so slightly and that he sat with his weight more squared back on his haunches as he tends to want to lean forward, but I feel that both of these things can and will improve with time and maturity. I’m still very happy with him and am excited to see how he transforms as a senior. I have decided to name him Harebell’s Ascent 🏔️🧗‍♂️
