A Note to Our Wonderful Clients
​As many of you know, Flat Wallet Farm has grown, and I am so grateful for the trust you place in me with your beloved dogs. I truly love caring for them while they are here!
​However, I want to share a bit about the "behind the scenes" of my life so we are all on the same page. In addition to running the farm, I am also currently working as an EMS professional. Balancing my time between my shifts in emergency services, the grooming/boarding business, and—most importantly—my time off to be with my family, is a busy juggling act.
​Because of this, I kindly ask for your patience when reaching out:
​If you get my voicemail: Please leave a message, and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If I suggest a specific time to follow up, it is because I am either on a shift or enjoying quality time with my family.
​A Personal Request: I put my heart into this business, but it is not my entire life. Please treat me and my staff with respect during our conversations. I cannot tolerate rude or short behavior; we are doing our best to balance our professional responsibilities with our personal lives.
​Thank you for understanding that when I step away from the farm, I am doing so to serve my community in EMS or to recharge with my family. This balance allows me to continue providing the best care for your dogs when I am back at the barn.
