We fell a couple spots from our gold status last year but it’s an honor to even be nominated and place at all. I know this is the right path for me and the years just keep on getting better. Thank you to everyone that voted and has supported me over the years. We will try again next year! 🧡

☀️ SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ☀️

What better day for good news than a Friday, am I right?

I have finished my last follow up between my dermatologist and my allergist. Most of my symptoms and reactions have been able to be kept at bay or completely cleared up with my new medication regimen and lifestyle changes. The only minor flare up I had, I was not even in any direct contact with animals. While my enviromental allergies could be caused by animal dander, it was not causing the skin reactions I was having and I have been given the green light to get back to my normal activities. Yayyyy!

With that said, I am mostly booked for August and September with overnights right now, but will still do check ins depending on the days needed.

Got a little behind on my posts again, but better late than never. I got to spend the 4th with some of my favorites. I always my time with my other pom squad and my sweet girl Chloe following me around like my shadow. 🧡

As someone who takes care of animals for a living, I do my absolute best to ensure every animals safety and well being is top priority. I could not imagine ever being in the situation Luffy and his family were especially when there is nothing being done about it now that he was found. There needs to be precautions in place to make sure this never happens again. Sign the petition and attend the meeting if possible.

✨ LILLY ✨

This one was fun. I haven’t watched a lot of puppies lately so I think mom and I were both hoping for the best. And I don’t think it could have gone better. Lilly is the newest addition to a family I was already dogsitting for but unfortunately they lost my sweet bowling ball girl, Penny, last year. Her presence is definitely noticed but Lilly helps to fill the void for sure. We obviously played a lot to get that puppy energy out and she, like Penny, loves being outside and watching all the storms we got. But I think we can both agree our favorite thing was sitting outside in the rocking chair multiple times a day and just rocking til she fell asleep. She’s the sweetest baby basset girl and I can’t wait to see her again 🧡

Was reunited with 2 of my favorites a couple weeks ago. These two were regulars but we took a little break when they had family to help out with them but we are so back and I couldn’t be happier. I just love these two so much. If you remember Anubis, he is just happy as long as you throw a ball for him even if it is for hours on end. And always gotta keep extras on hand when Osiris steals them just cause he can lol. When we weren’t playing, we were storm watching and getting in some cuddles 🧡

Got to spend my birthday week with this crew again. Love spending time with animals in different seasons and see how different they are. It was so much nicer this time around so a lot of our time was spent outside, before the wind storms came rolling anyway. They were so exhausted, they were going to bed well before I was 🤣

In addition to my post last week about leaving your animals outside that could be a threat to people or other animals, please do not leave your animals outside when you’re not home even if they have a fenced in yard to keep them in. There have been way too many incidents of people harming animals in their own yards or animals getting loose lately. This is absolutely so sad and I hope they catch who did this.
