Shout out to the Healthy Dog Center in Bismarck!

I went down to visit with the staff and owners on Monday as a new business owner to ask business mentorship advice, and they also gave me some great UWTM [underwater treadmill] tips and tricks!

One of the new peices of knowledge I picked up is using the jets not only as resistance but as massage - like in human Jacuzzis.

As Ned demonstrates, the dogs quickly learn it feels good to lean into the jets!

This little "petbull" is here with the goal of weight loss. We are going to add endurance and a little strength training to her exercise plan after she showed us her unexpected athleticism.
