🐾 MEET NEVILLE – YOUR FUTURE VELCRO BESTIE! ❤️

Neville is looking for his forever person, and once he chooses you, consider yourself officially stuck with him! 😂❤️

This handsome boy is a total lovebug who wants ALL the cuddles, pets, and attention. He genuinely believes he’s a tiny lap dog and would happily spend his days glued to his favorite human!

🧠 SMART, SWEET & A LITTLE MISCHIEVOUS!

Neville knows sit, down, and shake, is doing great with other commands, and walks beautifully on a leash!

But this boy has BRAINS, and when he’s bored, he finds his own entertainment! Think shredded blankets, blinds, and even some impressive escape artist skills. 🤦‍♀️😂

Neville needs an active, committed adopter who will provide structure, exercise, mental stimulation, and continued training.

🐶 OTHER DOGS?
Neville is selective! He tends to prefer females but can become overstimulated during play, leading to roughhousing or mounting. He may do best as an only dog, although the right canine companion could be possible with careful introductions.

🐱 NO CATS OR SMALL ANIMALS!
Neville has shown chasing and nipping behaviors toward smaller animals, so a home without cats, small dogs, or other small pets is a must.

👧 KIDS?
Neville has done well around children but can startle when unexpectedly touched, especially while sleeping. We feel a home with older, dog-savvy kids would be best.

I’m roughly a 3-year-old lovable, goofy pittie with a whole lot of wiggles, kisses, and LOVE to give! My foster family calls me Mr. Wigglebutt because my whole body wiggles when I’m happy! 🥰

🐾💙 HEY EVERYONE!!! IT’S ME AGAIN… DEUCE!!! 🐶

Yep, it’s me AGAIN! I know, I know… you’re probably thinking, “Deuce, buddy, we JUST saw you!”

Well, unfortunately, I’m still searching for my forever people, and I could really use your help! 🥹

You see, I was adopted as a little Pit Squad puppy years ago, but life didn’t exactly go as planned. After five years, I found myself needing my rescue all over again. Thankfully, they came back for me and made sure I got another chance. ❤️

I’ve been staying with my friends at Oh My Dog, where I’ve been working REALLY hard on becoming the best version of myself!

🐾 I’m crate trained and potty trained!

🐾 I’ve been practicing my leash manners!

🐾 I’ve even learned how to use a treadmill! 💪

🐾 I’m a professional couch cuddler!

🐾 I love my people and want nothing more than to make them proud!

Now, I’m not going to pretend I’m perfect. I can get a little worked up around other dogs, especially when I’m unsure of things. I need someone patient, confident, and willing to continue everything I’ve learned.

A home with a calm, laid-back female dog might be a great fit with proper introductions!

And guess what?! My trainer Sara from Oh My Dog is even willing to help with a couple of sessions to get me settled into my new home! ❤️

But here’s the part that’s really important…

My rescue has poured SO much into giving me another chance. Training, boarding, love, patience… they’ve refused to give up on me.

But I can’t stay in boarding forever. I need a FOSTER or, even better, a FOREVER FAMILY who will see the dog I’m becoming instead of judging me for the life I’ve had.

I’m not asking for perfection. I’m just asking for someone who won’t give up on me. 🥹

So here I am AGAIN, putting my handsome face on your newsfeed and hoping that THIS time, the right person sees me.

We’re going to be completely transparent with you all… Pit Squad Rescue is financially tapped out. 😭

Our boys Braxton and Deuce desperately need your help! 🐾💙

We have continued investing in boarding, training, structure, and stability to give these boys the BEST possible chance at finding their forever homes.

Why? Because we refuse to give up on them simply because their journey hasn’t been easy.

🐾 Pit Squad Rescue is looking for coordinators! 🐾
(Volunteer Positions)

We’re building a stronger foundation for our rescue and looking for dependable, passionate people to join our squad! 💙

📱 Social Media Coordinator
Help share our adoptable dogs, foster needs, fundraisers, and rescue updates. This role includes creating posts, gathering photos and updates from fosters, and keeping our pages active so our dogs reach more people!

🏡 Foster Coordinator
Help guide potential fosters through the application process, coordinate home visits, assist with matching dogs to foster homes, and stay in touch with fosters to help coordinate supplies and support.

🎉 Event Coordinator
Help find, plan, and organize adoption events, fundraisers, and community opportunities. This includes communicating with venues and coordinating volunteers and foster dog attendance.

We already have a designated coordinator for Bikers for Bullies and our Santa event. We’re looking for someone to help create and organize additional opportunities throughout the year!

You don’t have to do everything, but consistent communication, follow-through, and a commitment to your role are essential. Every person helping behind the scenes makes a difference for our dogs. 🐶

Our adopter, foster, and dear friend Melissa invited us to set up a Pit Squad table at her WEDDING tonight! 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩

On a night celebrating her love with Nicole, she also made room to share her love for rescue. Pit Squad means so much to Melissa because it brought her sweet Stella into her life, and she wanted to help us gain visibility and support. That kindness means more than words can say. 🐶💕

A huge thank-you to Squad member Megan for spending the evening representing Pit Squad and being part of such a special night!

🚨 URGENT: DEUCE NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTER! 🚨

Deuce has been shared before, but his need for a home is becoming serious. This big, sweet boy needs somewhere to continue his training and experience the stability he deserves. 💙

Deuce was adopted as a Pit Squad puppy about five years ago. After being bounced around, he found his way back to us, and we’ve been doing everything possible to give him the best chance at a fresh start.

He’s been at Oh My Dog, working on decompression, structure, confidence, and learning how to navigate the world. He is eager to please, making progress with his leash skills, and has even learned to use a treadmill! That exercise has been a wonderful outlet for him.

🏡 What to know about Deuce:

🐾 He’s affectionate, loves couch cuddles, and enjoys following his people around.
🐾 He is house trained and crate trained, and he lets you know when he needs to go outside.
🐾 He is a strong boy who needs a calm, confident handler committed to continuing his training.
🐾 He can be reactive when uncertain, especially on leash around other dogs and animals.
🐾 He would do best with a laid-back, chill female dog, pending appropriate introductions and guidance.
🐾 He does well for baths, but nail trims and paw handling are challenging for him.

❤️ You will have support! Sara from Oh My Dog will come into his new home for a couple of sessions to help him acclimate and help his foster or adopter continue the structure and training he’s been learning.

Deuce has made progress, and now he needs the opportunity to keep building those skills in a home environment. He needs patience, consistency, and someone willing to show up for him.

Our rescue’s funds are stretched thin, and his ongoing care and training costs continue to grow. We urgently need a foster or adopter. If you can’t open your home, please share this post or consider contributing toward his care.

🐾 MEET COCO 🐾
SHE’S IN NEED OF A FOSTER OR ADOPTER!

Sometimes dogs find their way back to us in ways we never expected. ❤️

After nearly a year of not knowing where Coco was or if we would ever see her again, we finally got the call that brought her back into our care. There were a lot of emotions and questions, but more than anything, we are incredibly grateful that Coco is SAFE and back with us.

Now it’s time to focus on what comes next. 🥹

Coco is a beautiful 2-year-old Johnson Bulldog weighing around 70 lbs. This big brindle-and-white girl is basically an oversized puppy who thinks she belongs in your lap. 😂❤️

🐾 A little about Coco:
• 2 years old
• Spayed, microchipped & vaccinated
• About 70 lbs — ideal weight 75–80 lbs
• LOVES her people & is a total cuddle bug
• Walks nicely on leash
• Generally ignores other dogs on walks
• Has previously lived successfully with multiple dogs
• Cats unknown
• Kids 12+ due to her size & playful nature

Coco previously lived with five other dogs and did well. Her current introductions have been more challenging because one resident dog isn’t exactly rolling out the welcome mat 😂, so any canine siblings would require appropriate introductions.

She’s still a puppy in a BIG body playful, goofy, affectionate and unaware of just how strong she is! We’re looking for an experienced, confident adult handler, and adults should be the ones walking her.

Coco is also still working on potty training and does best with a consistent schedule.

Her current home stepped up when she desperately needed somewhere safe to land, but with three resident dogs already, it cannot be permanent.

After everything it took to get Coco safely back, we want to be thoughtful about where she goes next. We would LOVE to find a foster or adopter within our extended circle , a friend, friend of a friend, or someone connected to our rescue community so we can continue being part of her life. ❤️

Coco needs someone to meet her, fall in love with her, and give her the life we fought so hard to get her back for.

Hey everyone, Deuce here! 💙🐾

You’ve seen my face a few times, but finding a place for me to go is becoming URGENT.
I need a foster or forever home where I can continue my training and put everything I’m learning into practice.

I was adopted as a Pit Squad puppy, but somewhere along the way, I was bounced around until my rescue found me again. They’re doing everything they can to give me the best chance at a stable, loving life.

I’m eager to please and have been working hard on my leash skills. I even work out on a treadmill! 💪 I’m crate trained, and I’d do best with a calm, confident person who will keep giving me structure, patience, and consistency. A laid-back, chill female dog could be a good fit, too!

The bill shared here is my current boarding and training bill. My rescue’s funds are stretched thin, and the costs keep adding up while I wait for my people. 🥺
