Your dog isn’t relying on one single person. They’re building relationships with a small circle of trusted, trained team members who know their routine, personality, quirks, comfort level, favorite adventure spots, and handling style.

Life happens. People get sick, go on vacation, have emergencies, or need time off. Our team model allows us to provide dependable coverage without your dog suddenly being left without care or handed off to a total stranger at the last minute.

More importantly, it helps dogs become more confident, adaptable, and comfortable with trusted humans beyond just one person. That’s huge for socialization, resilience, and long-term success.

This isn’t random gig-app care. It’s collaborative, relationship-based pet care built around trust, communication, enrichment, and consistency. Your dog gets an entire support system behind them and that’s something we’re really proud of.

Woof hoo! Now THIS is what weekends and overnight care are all about. Sunshine, trail sniffing, river watching, rolling in the grass, and dogs who get to spend their weekend actually doing dog things. Willow and Jackson spent the day exploring the woods, taking in every smell, decompressing, and living their absolute best adventure dog lives. This is the kind of care we believe in. Not just quick potty breaks and checking a box, but real connection, enrichment, adventure, and making sure dogs feel safe, fulfilled, and genuinely happy while their humans are away. By the time these two head home, they’re not just exercised, they’re content.

Behind every adventure, every happy dog, every thoughtful client update, every carefully managed schedule, every nervous puppy gaining confidence, and every pet parent breathing easier while they’re at work is this incredible group of women. Over the past year, while navigating some significant health challenges personally, this leadership team has helped carry, grow, and strengthen Off Leash MKE in ways that make me unbelievably proud. What we’ve built together was always meant to be more than just dog walking. We are reimagining what pet care can look like through enrichment-focused, relationship-driven, deeply intentional care that changes the lives of dogs and the humans who love them. This team shows up every day with heart, intelligence, compassion, humor, grit, and an incredible amount of dedication to the animals in our care, and they have helped turn a vision into a real community and a business that continues to grow because people can feel the difference. I appreciate this team more than I can put into words and I am so proud of the women helping lead Off Leash MKE forward. 🖤
