OI—often called “brittle bone disease”—affects approximately 1 in every 15,000 to 20,000 people. But while bones may be fragile, the people living with OI are anything but.
Strength shows up in resilience, in determination, and in the pursuit of a full and meaningful life. That’s why awareness matters—because creating accessible spaces, providing adaptive tools, and expanding opportunities isn’t optional… it’s essential.
This week, we stand with the OI community—advocating for inclusion, independence, and the right for everyone to contribute, work, and thrive.
