What makes a place feel like community? 💙

Is it the people? The friendships? Having somewhere you feel welcome? Being part of something that matters?

At Ike Center, community looks a little different for everyone—and we’d love to hear from you.

Meet Roberto! 💙

Roberto shows up every day with enthusiasm, a friendly attitude and a strong work ethic. He’s an essential part of our Hollander chocolate packaging work, and he handles every step of the process with real attention to detail.

He recently picked up a new job too: using a tape gun and tagging plush toys. Learning something new? Roberto’s in.

Outside of work, you’ll find him working on puzzles, matching games and creative crafts.

Roberto is one of the many talented people who make Ike Center what it is. Because at Ike, Love Works.

Help us celebrate Roberto by leaving him a shout-out in the comments! 👇

Update: Our FoodWorks team recently completed a 3,000-unit dry-goods project for Hollander. We’re also moving forward with clam shell labeling for Pure Farms.

For our clients, projects like these mean real customer work, hands-on production skills and the pride of seeing a job through from start to finish. For our partners, they mean a team that takes that work seriously.

Have a packaging, labeling, assembly or production project? We’d love to talk about how we can work together.

The costumes are coming out, and the countdown is on! 👻
Our Halloween Party is almost here, and we’re getting excited by looking back at some of last year’s favorite memories.

Tell us in the comments: what’s the best Halloween costume you’ve ever worn? 🎃

Did you know? In 2025, only 38.1% of working-age Americans with disabilities were employed.

That number is a reminder of why access to meaningful work matters. At Ike Center, we see the talent, dedication and potential of adults with disabilities every day—and we believe opportunity should be just as widespread as talent.

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity should be too. 💙

Meet Suzette

Suzette takes pride in working hard at Ike Center, appreciates the support of her supervisor, Angela, and says one of the best parts of being here is simply having the opportunity to work. Just as important are the friendships she’s built along the way—including her friendship with Tillie.

In Suzette’s words: “I work hard here. Tillie is my friend. The best part is being able to work, and I like my supervisor Angela.”

That’s what meaningful work can look like: purpose, connection and people who make the day better. ❤️

10/14/2026

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, and this year’s theme says it perfectly: Celebrating Value and Talent. 💙

At Ike Center, we see it every day. Clients package, sort, bake, assemble and serve, and they take real pride in work done well. This month, we’re spotlighting the people and the talent behind that work.

Stay tuned. You’re going to meet some amazing coworkers. ❤️
