Look at these sweet, happy faces! This bonded pair were surrendered in love and have been very well cared for their whole lives. We will be seeking placement together. They just arrived in foster care and have seamlessly adapted to the transition because they have each other. Vet visits pending, then let's find them their next chapter.

It’s a wrap! All 10 of our LA pugs are home! One last thank you to everyone who made it possible. The shelter’s in LA, Pug Nation Rescue of Los Angeles, Pumba’s Paws Pet Transportation , our fosters and volunteers who came together to care for and transport the pugs the rest of the way, and last but never least our supporters who make it possible for this little old rescue to do the best we can to keep on helping!
We can’t wait to do it again!

Croydon now Cocoa is a big dog now! The last of the Pumba’s Paws Pet Transportation pugs from Pug Nation Rescue of Los Angeles have been adopted! Cocoa joins a dog loving family and is fitting right in his fur siblings Raven and Biscuit. He's getting lots of walks, romping in the big back yard and cuddling in so sweetly for naps. From his new mom: "Cocoa wins over everyone he meets. He is a pro cuddler and kisser. He keeps up with the big dogs, and I am really looking forward to seeing how he is when he can finally relax and know this is his forever home."

So are we! Have a great life Cocoa! You deserve it!

Snort, now Oort has officially been adopted! Snort came to New England from our friends at Pug Nation Rescue of Los Angeles with his travelling companion Tuba. He had been found as a stray with some ear and skin infections also in need of a neuter and dental. Pug Nation got him started on his way to recovery and he was neutered with a dental while in the care of his foster to adopt family here in New England.
They say the Oort cloud is a thick cloud of icy debris surrounding the solar system, we are pretty sure this Oort will be at the center of his Mom's universe! having lived with pugs since the turn of the century, Oort's new mom is the daughter one of our long-time foster families. She recently lost her PRoNE alumni King and Oort has already begun healing hearts and taken his place as pug head of household.
From his new mom:
"When he’s not begging for food, he’s zooming around the house or always has to have a paw on you!"
